What's the deal with these? I'm very n00b in this game still so I'm clueless.
What is a good profession to start if I'm a druid? Does it even matter which one I pick, or are there better ones suited for each class??

I like Skinning for easy money throughout your character's entire life. A lot of what I kill is skillable, which can either be sold outright at auction or crafted into leather goods.
Skinning and herbalism is always good money-making.

Yep - I substitute mining for skinning.
