UI Thread...again!

Once again I fell out of the UI loop and just use vanilla interface. This should be criminal! anyone have any awesome packs that are easy to use and not cluttering?

preferrably ones that

include CTMod
include PERL interfaces
and isn't butt ugly

All i want is 5 or 6 action bars in the center of my monnitor, all stacked on apon the other, the default UI gone.

Then i my combat log fixed. I hate to see every single thing that happens to the point of useless spam fls up my log. in the middle of a fight when i get smashed by a rock monster i dont have to go digging to find out how hard he hit me for.

Thats it. does anyone know how i can do this easy?

discord action bars

I used to use all kinds of bar and unit frame mods (discord, perl, ec), but ever since i upgraded monitor and had to switch to 1600x1200 native rez in game, i've had to cut down on the mods (hogged memory and cut down on my fps)

Here is what mine looks like now, i'm not a fan of the default unit frames...but seems like every unit frame mod hogs memory and makes the game chug in fights with lots of spell particles.

It's pretty simple. CTmod, SCT, clean minimap, hitsmode (better combat log)((except, every since latest patch my chat windows reset randomly...anyone else?)), cooldown count, and move anything (for the resizing of mainbar).

i use perl frames, SCT, wow art hider, and a few others. It really all depends on what you want. Ive always had the best luck starting with a vanilla install and replacing things as i saw it necessary.

It was pretty funny in this shot me and my buddy are hiding behind that tree (both priests) as 4-5 alliance are running around just in front of us. We were waiting for reinforcements to come.

But i actually fixed up my UI today again. The default bottom bars just don't satisfy me, and it's a pain in the ass for healing imo.

Here is new setup, and just going through SM acouple times, i love it.

Bongos (best action bar mod imo) and perl classic unit frames is the only difference.

Might look a little cluttered atm, but that's because I have all the CTRa windows showing. Otherwise, the target is right next to my picture and it stays relatively clean/easy to use. Just a combination of Discord Action Bars, MoveAnything!, and CTRa :shrug:

i've shifted my party frames right a bit since then, and replaced sentry totem with rank 1 lightning shield since they fixed the exploit :[

Also in raids or a party my party frames go away do to the fact I'm a mage and I could care less what the rest of the party and/or raid is doing. I also use oRA instead of CT_RA and BigWigs instead of CT_RA BossMods.

The big thing for me is memory. I never go above 22 memory usage in raid.

It's the coolest looking of the Horde HWL weps. And spec-wise, it's identical to Axe.

i'm using Nurfed UI with a couple of extras like Titanpanel, Defendyourself and SpellAlertPlus
