[router] need help finding new router

i know its prolly been posted before, but newer routers might have come out since then..

I am looking for a router that can handle gaming, and regular home use and is easy to setup, and very stable, also wireless, and supports the following wireless cards for a laptop: Belkin 54mbps wireless g notebook model no. F5D7010

I have a webstar modem currently dunno if that will affect anything though.

anyways my current router is basically disconnecting every minute or so then reconnecting. I have talked to a few people that had netgear router's before and they said that their router did the same thing for them and it was when the router went bad so dunno how accurate that is or not. anyways the router is a netgear wireless router version MR814v2
