I seriously doubt that can be scripted.

I've heard rumors about a macro that would pick it up or something.

But after you play WSG a while it's kind of unnecessary as you can usually pick it up in one click and have a really great idea of where it will pop when you drop it.

Not possible.

The API has no methods to interact with the flag at all.

That most definately can not be scripted in any way, shape or form.

Any time someone gets beat on a flag grab when they're spamming clicks pre-emptively and don't get immediately accuse macros/mods.

It's server ping and nothing more.

I just love it when the flag is dropped, picked up, and already ran far away - while on my screen, I still see the original person carrying it.

Or you're just bad. If someone is going to die or use their vanish/grab, bubble/grab etc I just premptively spam the spot the flag will more than likely end up and 99% of the time I would return it or pick it up.

Yep.

About the only time I will lose a flag is when someone at 50%+ gets wrecked by a zerking mage crit or some such, and dies before I'm expecting it.
