when is next patch official?

i want to start playing again when the player base is less segmented.

I am waiting for the next patch too, I want to see how much gay EA added this time.

They haven't said if they're planing on releasing another beta of 1.4 to test, it's a lot more stable than 1.3 but of course some things aren't being tested like 3rd party server addons, bf2cc.

Most of the tweaks are based around things re-introduced in 1.3 like the c4 toss, they restricted the medic to only 3 bags which is still enough. To stop the dolphin diving spam they put a 1 second delay befor firing your weapon when moving from the prone position to either the crouch or standing position, that's going to be reworked or so I've read.

In the end it'll probably just feel like you're playing 1.2 patch all over again and wonder why it took them so long to get 1.4 out (lol vehicle drops lol)

but you know how it is, the important stuff they'll leave out of the patch notes.

total? or does it refill? if its total then medics are screwed, they should def give the support a ammo limit too, because nade spam has become a normal thing.

No, it refills just like before but they NERFED the medic class oh nos.

I think they got it backwards, there should be a 1/2 second delay before firing from the prone position, makes you wonder if the guys who code for EA actually play the game or just work off a change list.

I'm not sure how I feel about this patch. Likely positive, but I don't trust EA.

1 second is too long, 1/2 would be good. Imagine poor MG'ers having to run around under fire, what are they goign to do?
