"Sealed Research Report"

Has anyone gotten any of these since the "Invasion" event? I looted some items from scourge corpses, they gave me quests to turn in the item to AD HQ, rep was gained, all was good.

Today I logged in and in-game e-mail delivers me these "Sealed Research Report" notes from "Keeper of the Roles" with AD. Each item tells me an NPC in one of the capital cities that I can talk to.

So I do. Or rather I attempt to. None of the NPCs interact with me regarding these notes.

So I petition. And get a note from Blizzard stating that all is working as intended.

its all an ingame e-rightwing conspiracy purpitrated by e-bush and e-cheney.

Working as intended.

Blue posted saying it was just a way to get people to go to these vendors.
