Best card for BF2?

Opinions please? I would prefer NOT to spend stoopid money on the bestest and fastest card with wings and 21" wheels.

What in your opinion is a decent card, for a decent price that handles BF2 pretty well? Thanks.

EVGA GeForce 7600GT for $169.00. I put one in my brothers PC and he plays BF2 one medium detail at 1280x1024 averaging 50fps. also depends on your CPU and how much ram u have as well.

And if you don't have PCIE then maybe an ATI X800 GTO, or even a used 6800 GT 256 MB card. AGP people = screwed, I'm just not ready to blow a wad on a new setup right now.

I have a x850 , im running everything on High @ 1024x768. I avg 70-80 fps in the 64man servers

Well i got someone to buy both of my 7800GTX.

my 6800GT 256MB AGP kicks the shit out of bf2 at 1024x768, ultra high. as was said though, cpu and ram make a difference. i have a A64 3700+ and 2gb pc3200.

edit: i used to run the game with 1gb and loads took forever. an extra gig of ram goes a LONG way in this game. i rarely spend more than 20 seconds between maps now.

i got an X800 pro and its still good enough for the game, i could use some more memory but whatever, there are alot of good cards from ati and nvidia to choose from.
