I guess in the larger then Destny scheme of things maybe not so good, but its not like having spies is a new tactic :)
To the extent that we were conducting intelligence gathering, yes, I think it was a new tactic -- at least for our opponents. I doubt most of them would be able to muster the ability to spy on us effectively. :)
