looking for a mod that will autoequip my riding items (mithril spurs, CoaS, riding enchant) when i mount and re-quip my old ones when i dismount. I had used Titan Rider, but if i dismount in combat, it will never change the items even after i get out of combat.

itemrack is good. can setup multiple equip layouts and have them change on different events (mounting, goinging into city/inn, etc). there is also a plugin to use it with titanbar.

i use it for riding, and also to equip my fr gear or to go naked if i think i'm about to die. pretty sure you can bind it to keys too for when you roll up into a group of horde/alliance and are about to get ganked.

QuickMountEquip is really good.

QuickMountEquip is really good.

I stopped using this, just felt very limited, and would bug up and leave riding items on when I dismounted quick and began engaging.

Aside from quickmount, there are the complete item management addons: wardrobe, outfitter, and itemrack(i personally prefer outfitter)

I use itemrack but I had to disable it because if you are engaged into battle before you dismount it will keep all the riding items equiped until you leave battle, it ended up doing more bad than good

You cannot change your equipment in combat, except for weapons. So it does a better job than most mods and will change the equipment after combat.

I know...
But it still did more bad than good, its not bad if you don't have it auto-equip and just do it manually, but auto will screw you over in pvp

Outfitter has an option to disable switching to ridign equipment in BGs, otherwise you just need to take note of what youre wearing at the time
