The description is: 2% chance on successful spellcast to allow 100% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting for 15 sec

Does that include mana/sec gear? Is it effected by the 5 second rule?

I am trying to decide whether to pursue it (I have the Ace of Beasts) or just grind for the Mindtap Talisman for healing in raids.

When it procs, it gives full Spirit regen for 15 sec, as if you hadn't been casting.

For priests in epics, it's a great trinket. For other classes/crappier gear, mindtap is pretty close.

It's also dependant on how much you are casting, it's more effective if you're spamming flash heals or dispells than if you're chaining/interrupting GHeals.

Not sure if they fixed it, but if it procs and you call for an innervate its like a double innervate.
