it was...but looks like it got pushed back to october. i think its a bit silly, since really all it adds is new content..not like its a major graphics upgrade or anything like that. they are just seeing how long they can string people without adding much new content

It was never, *never* going to come out in the Summer.

Also, do you have any idea how much work is involved in a project of that magnitude? You make it sound like they have it all done and are just sitting on it to milk everyone for cash. Be ignorant more, please.

I'm with Pessi. This expansion is huge, 2 whole f'ing new races, a whole new continent/zones, new major cities, new skills and talents, new level cap. That type of stuff doesn't just get patched in. Will take tons of testing.

vanguard, conan, heroes and gods, warhammer, or whatever mmo is supposed to give wow some competition.. you can rest assured that the expansion will be held and released exactly 1 week before the competition's release.
