Priests, Benediction, and Noobs

I didn't realize priests could get help on their epic quest. Is this some recent development? Or is it that noobs are getting EoD's now and need help to do the damn quest?

I guess I haven't been exposed to people who couldn't do it on their own.

Other than one shitty priest in our guild, who gave another priest her login to do it for her because she sucks ass, I have never heard of people grouping or otherwise exploiting to do the quest.

It makes me sad when hunters pay other hunters to play their epic quest for them, too :(

Our guild killed domo and had a leaf drop. All the hunters had it so we spammed org and summoned a guy in. He paid 500g for it.

if you try to do it with 2 priests, some doomguard type creature spawns and owns one of you.

However, if one guy stands up on the hill to the side of the path, you can attack the skele's in reach from there, and help heal.

I actually did the priest quest for another priest, but only because we were switching off attempts and it was my turn. Waiting 3 hrs per try (or longer) is for the lose. He didnt do any of the work, just got credit for it.

Oh yea, I also completed the hunter quest. Never again.

You undercharged. We charged 1k the few times we did that.

Just a smart way to save time IMO. Once I get an EoD, I plan on doing the quest on my own, but if there are other priests there I'd team up with them before I'd wait 6 hours hoping for a spot.

It wasn't that bad. I got mine done in 2 days...but then again I probably got lucky with the spawns and I wasn't griefed :shrug:

they haven't killed rag yet and only 1 priest has the staff. getting the eye goes off highest earned DKP, gonna be ahwile before i get mine :\

I had 2 horde priests help me on my quest (i'm alliance). Anyways, i watched the 2 of them do it, and then started it right after they complete it. I guess its a bug, if you're there while someone complete it, you can start up the quest for yourself w/o waiting for the global cooldown. anyways, the 2 of them stood on the 2nd hill and healed/renewed the peasants after they got out of my range.
