There is a Blood Elf NPC in Outlands in Paladin armor here. http://mediaviewer.ign.com/ignMediaPage.jsp?media_id =3598387&article_id=707846&channel_id=261&page_title=More+WoW+Shots +for+the+Addicts&adString=network%3Dign%26 site%3Dve3d%26pagetype%3D mediaimgfat%26pagetype%3D mediaimgfat&return_url=http%3A%2F%2Fv e3d.ign.com%2Farticles%2F 707%2F707846p1.html

They usually keep NPC armor to their own faction.

I can't think of any other horde npc out there right now with Paladin armor, nor any Alliance NPC with Shaman armor ;o

pretty sure he knew that..

But why would they give a horde npc alliance armor. Do you see any npcs in stormwind with Ten Storms on?
