Is there any way my GeForce 4 MX 4000 can run this?

A few months ago my radeon 9800 melted and died, i'm now using a crappy replacement.. It works ok for most things though, i guess. Is it time to upgrade?

it may. Look in the oblivion mods thread and read the second post. It allows 1.x shaders.

Well right now i dont think the game will even start, so configuring those things would be rather hard, That being said.. whats a good and relatively cheap card to get nowadays... around $150 or less.

you have gf4mx? that means your mobo is limited to APG 4X right? You might want to upgrade to an agp 8x board. But don't do pci-e board, b/c then you have to get a new PSU as well.

Even if it does, you deserve to be shot.

Take the MX 4000 out of your system and step on it repeatedly. Then buy a new card. In that order.
