Mages guild. Just check all the NPCs for the recharge service.

Or use a soul gem that has a soul in it. Or use a Varla stone to recharge everything.

How can you get souls in your soul gem if you are not a mage?

Are they just rendered useless to you then?

You can get magical weapons enchanted with soul trap.

Or you could learn just one simple spell line.

Does this "Spell Line" involve having leveled into a specific class, or is it low enough that you wont have a problem learning it?

Ontop of that, say I'm L30 now, and my spell hasn't really been leveled much because I don't need to level it alot... Sounds like it'd no longer be effective.

The basic soul trap, 20 seconds on touch, requires mysticism 25. You can grind that easily by learning the novice spell "minor detect life."

By downloading unbalanced mods or hacking the CS.

Constant effect items don't lose their charge. I.E. ones that have spell effects attached to armor.

25 Mysticism - a lot of shops sell it. I think Edgars Discount Spells in IC sells it.

as i recall from morrowind, the grander the soul and better the soulgem, the better the 'constant effect' i can make?

That is my understanding, the Grander the Soul Gem the 'grander' the soul you need to fill it and in turn the more charges it refills.

err where can i learn some mysticism spells that only require level 10 or lower of the skill, I can't cast any of the ones I learned since you need 25 mysticism.

You can also get Umbra's sword which already has a soul trap enchantment, and is quite a good weapon to boot.

i want to be 100% chameleon or pretty damn close. how can i do this?

also, how can i add effects to the enchanting and spell altars? I have a bunch of spells (like chameloen, etc..) that aren't on the 'known effects' list.
