Rested XP

How much rested XP can one get?

If I want to either roll up a new char or start one another server and leave him there gaining rested until i decide to leave my current char can I?

or does it cap out?

I think it maxes at 30 bars (1.5 levels rest xp). Same amt you get by ignoring the character for a week.

Yeah, it is 1.5 levels but it's only a week? Fuck I should start playing some of these characters once a week to get rid of their rested XP so I can get more.

But if you know where to quest you can take that rested XP and easily pull 2 levels or more out of it.

I doesn't even take questing to pull 2 levels out of a bar and a half of rest exp. I've got a mage on my server that I put about 20-30 minutes a week into. just keeping her from hitting the cap. just grind a few mobs.

No, but turning in a quest will "extend" the blue bar by the static amount of quest XP, which can be handy for getting a little extra mileage out of the blue bar.
