I played it on a mates 360 for a bit on the weekend. Now the draw distance seemed shocking. But then when i got home and fired it up on the PC the next day it did look rather crap also. Now anyone who has it on both systems in their house compared it and notice much diff in that respect? i mean the nasty crass etc textures in the distance when your outside, and when they turn into half decent looking ones.
(that said it was also on a sdef tv that i saw it... and i have a LCD TV at home myself for when i get a 360 in a few weeks).
Kill Me Plz

I saw it on my friend's hi-def tv and it was pretty nice but when i tried to pick up and kill some shit i just didn't like the feel compared to my comp. I think PC > Console in RPGs. Just a better feel of jumping around and slashing etc and casting spells. And the difference in graphics didn't exist but my comp is brand new so I can't really say for any generic computer.
I have it on both, my friend burned me the PC version so I can compare. My PC isn't the best, Athlon XP 3000+ oc'd to around 3400+ speeds, 7800GS and 1.5 gigs of ram. I can run it pretty well on higher settings at 1024 x 768. It looks good.
The thing I like about the xbox version is the framerate is great pretty much all the time, and everything is turned on. I find myself playing the xbox version just because it's a more casual experience sitting in my lazy boy. I don't mind the analog sticks at all, as far as sneaking around goes the analog stick owns.
I DO like the mouse as far as archery is concerned, but playing anything else the 360 version is fine. I don't notice any difference really in view distance, certain times of the day and certain weather types effect view distance, but the 360 version you can see pretty damn far.

Same for me - I've played it on both the 360 and my PC. The PC does look sharper, but also I'm playing on an SDTV. It's more fun to play on the 360 I think, the controls work well and I enjoy sitting on the couch for hours more than the computer chair.
