tier 0 - tier 0.5 quests

the quests to upgrade Dreadmist to Deathmist, Shadowcraft to whatever, etc etc. Can these be repeatable for all your set pieces? Or is it a one time thing?

I agree and I am bummed about it also since I am closer to a complete dreadmist set

I hope they change that before the patch comes out but I doubt it

wait a minute, so with normalized output, weapon speed has no bearing?

I guess that means that fast swords are likely better. more poison procs, more normalized damage output and a bonus to SStrike and other abilities.

Even though this is a mis-post to the wrong thread, it's still incorrect.

Even though weapon speed has no effect on instant attack damage from additional bonus to attack power, you will still find the highest damaging weapons with a slower attack speed. Getting a balance of attack speed and normalized weapon damage is still prefered... You can't just stack attackpower to the point that a barman shanker could out ambush a pblade like before.
