I'm a bartender at a restaurant.

On a particularly slow evening 3 middle aged guys sit down at the end of the bar and order some food. Overhear their conversation and I recognize some old familiar names, "AQ, onyxia etc. etc."

When I get a minute I stroll up and say, "couldn't help overhearing, but what server you fellas playin on." I found it incredibly amusing as I got into a conversation with these guys. I felt like a pretty big nerd, but then realized I am a pretty big nerd.

I find out that one of the guys is the GL of a pretty decent sized guild on Maelstrom ( I think), and on the credit card reciept he leaves the guilds adress and tells me I should think about joining up. He had warned me that the site was pink, but I found it quite amusing haha.

I have an alt on that server for making fun of RP nerds...


If that is your thing (Role Playing) then go for it, but if it isn't then definately stay the fuck away.

I'm on a pvp server, I asked him why an rp server and I told him that if he rp'd i was going to make fun of him. he laughed and said no one rp's, it just happened to be one of those new servers they started on.

Heh, I used to be in her old guild on Daggerspine. She was pretty cool, and a good priest from what I remember. She's not as hot as I thought she would be from our vent conversations, but not too bad I guess.

I have a 60 druid on Maelstrom, don't really get to play him any more because raid times are at noon my time, silly USA :(

The only people I interact with on a regular basis are my co-workers and while I know a handful of them play WoW I certainly don't want them to know I play WoW. Mainly because I know if they knew they won't shut up about it when I share the same shifts as them. And given my declining interest in WoW I'd rather prefer to hear as little about WoW as humanly possible.

Besides I think they play on Normal and I'm so done with that irritating realm type.

I play horde on maelstrom and this guild is FUCKING TERRIBLE
They dont run guild pvp groups in the bgs
every time i fight one of them in world pvp it's total rape and not even fun.
Their GM or one of the officers name is BABY and it's a female gnome.
Don't join this guild.
If you want to play alliance on maelstrom join Lush or Opera Non Verba to pvp, Thundering Legion (not likely you'll get in only guild to kill nef so far and they're full afaik) or The Shadow Watch to raid.

I don't know why, but I'm rather transfixed by that chick. Perhaps it's because I have to furiously alt-tab at work and I can't get a good look in.

Wonder if she pvps naked?

edit: not transfixed. just horny at work.

She's rather plain, her only appeal would obviously be playing WoW and having her PC setup on her bed. Which leads me to believe she's in another line of work that warrants a setup besides playing WoW.
