We don't serve your kind here.. er, you can't sell/trade just a cd key, read one of the stickys, you have to have something physical like a disc.

Data you're really inconsistent about this kind of stuff. Close my thread, but then tell this guy it's ok to sell or trade his steam account?

Maybe you just arn't aware that all Counter-Strike games use steam.
