wow is fun

i like to play wow

i just recently quit after playing for a year, it's a fun game. im not a fan of the endgame, pvp was pretty fun though.

PvE is the best aspect of this game, the pvp is a joke...how about pvp events that actually affected the game world ala Dark Age of Camelot :) too bad DAoC's PvE sucks balls and even the pvp is pretty bad from what it once was.

I enjoy it, but I don't know how excited I am about the realization that once I hit 60 (59 now) I'm going to have to dedicate 5+ hours per session to do anything worthwhile (MC, BWL, etc).

especially on malganis, the pvp was always fucking horrible. w/o bgs all you had was turtling behind guards and groups of chickenshits waiting for a guild to help out a zerg

once the majority hits the level cap, the pvp that exists while questing is eventually destroyed.

Tichondrius had the best pvp before BGs, I remember just rollin in 5 man groups in all the late game areas looking for other 5 man groups to kill. There were some good fights :[

i'm not talking about SS/TM zerging, i mean you ganked people in overworld pvp because it was fun not because you wanted to keep your rank

There's still nothing better than killing someone just inside AQ knowing they have a 5 minute corpsewalk.

Meh ... if I have nothing better to do I play WoW. It's fun and all ... I just miss ganking *and looting* like we could in Shadowbane. I could care less for the "honor points"; I just want some slob to farm me some loot.

As for WoW, the PvP is so ghey that I'm finding I like to blow off some time doing PvE, crafting, etc., as there is really no actual point to PvP.

Although it is fun as hell to gank someone in the middle of STV or on the eastern side of Badlands knowing they have a 5 minute run back to their corpse.
