10-39 WSG Server Survey

I just wasted time leveling another char to lvl 10 on Illidan before i noticed there was actually no activity for WSG or AB on a friday night.

I want to find servers with STRONG, constant WSG action at the lvl 10-39 range for both WSG and AB (im mostly interested in 20-29 WSG).

And i'm not talking "general impressions" but real, actual constant activity.

I'm going through and keeping notes on WSG & AB activity on a few servers right now. I took snapshots at around 4:40pm and am doing it again at 2:00am EST (friday night).

Servers im looking at:

Malganis
Illidan
Dark Iron
Burning Blade
Blackrock
Bloodscalp
Chrushbridge
Spinebreaker
Gurubashi
Bleeding Hollow
Emerald Dream (rp-pvp)
Suramar(pve)
Alleria(pve)
Perenolde(pve)
Stormrage(pve)
Argent Dawn(rp)

Are there other servers to check out?

I really, really mean active... not the perception of regular WSG but scenes were there can be WSG pretty much all the time and even multiple matches. :D

Surprisingly, Burning Blade, Blackrock, Illidan and Malganis pretty much suck ass for lowbie WSG so far. Maybe my survey is mistaken but there's little going on there on a friday night.

EDIT:

Bloodscalp and Dark Iron have been the bestk with pve server Suramar being solid as well.

WSG was decent on Stormreaver horde in lower levels, but most of those brackets have waits.

Established servers dont tend to have much lowbie PvP every man and his dog are 60 by now.

If you want lowbie WSG roll alliance on new PvP servers lvl to 29 and wait for it to die then repeat with the next servers.

Yes, i've toyed with doing just this.

there usually is on weekday nights on illidan, defintely on weekends, i was just on playing and was suprised not to see any.

I just dont know what servers are newest.

Kel'Thuzad 20-29 WSG seems to be really active. We had a 30+ page thread on the forums at one time that was purely for WSG 20-29 shittalking.

Tichondrius is very active with 19 and especially 29 WSG, several guildmates have twinked out toons that they play whenever we aren't raiding.

adding Kel-thuzad, daggerspine and tichondrius (ive been checking that one actually).



FYI

Bloodscalp, Dark Iron, and Emerald Dream have been the most consistent places to find lowbie WSG so far. Those 3 are practically constant. In fact, Bloodscalp has always had a 20s WSG going when i've checked (5 times)

A lot of talk perhaps... but of the big list of servers im surveying, illidan is way towards the bottom... (part of the reason im doing this survey is i made a lvl 10 druid on illidan and noticed it just didnt have the activity i expected).

if not illidan then tichondorous, its also a damn good server. i play horde there.

always keep in mind the TYPE of people playing BGs. id rather be on a server with less BGs but with good people, than one full of noobs

Garithos is a new server and I have a lvl 18 mage and wsg is up most of the time. My lvl 60 is always doing wsg, ab, or av. It has more ppl doing bgs than Illidan did.

The rp-pvp servers are truly the most nuts, with bloodscalp, dark iron and a few others doing well for pvp servers.

I dont think active means n00bs.

I personally dont want to see only 1 wsg every hour or two for the priviledge of playing only with good people. That is a reasonable position, but my purpose is to find the very most active servers.

Tich is not one of them.

And im of the impression that almost all 10-19s are dominated by hardcore twinks. Whether they play "good" is up for debate.

Arthas hasnt been too bad on my survey so far. It's often had at least 20-29 wsg going. It's one i hope to survey more to see how really consistent it is.

However it's spelled, it hasnt been very consistent from my own findings. It's had some good moments with either 10-19 or 20s, but not consistent.

Again, im looking for REALLY active 10-29 WSG... so im leaning heavily towards "constant" so just cuz i dont see some WSG activity doesnt mean the server is bad. :D

I'm wanting to find diehard, constant 20-29 wsg myself... with decent pickups around the clock. I want to play WoW casually, without sweating the pve grind or even the rank grind. I want to enjoy it like i would enjoy a FPS at night, without the stress.

I'm not interested in posturing about being 1337 or even having the ultimate-omfg-gear (wouldnt mind tho!).

I'm lookin for FUN... not more of the same pve or pvp grind.

anyway r00fies n me are making 20-29 chars on Emerald Dream now... it seems like one of the best servers for bg activity.

well when you seem to find the best one TseTse please post up your findings and numbers.. i love wsg action.
