When i make this post i am not bragging by any means at all.. i know that the rogue is a very popular class so i am from far the best. the reason i am even thinking this far into it is I have a druid myself... i want to learn from what happened.
I was with my friends and guild mates in STV. i was on my druid she was on hers and dan was on his rogue. out of nowhere this lvl 55 druid hits me in cat. 1002 crit hit. i died right away. then Flirt the attacking druid went into dire bear form and then took out my friends. the other druid got mad and quit and logged. i told my friend dan the other rogue that it was pointless. We're on crushridge and the alliance out number the horde by so much its a joke. he went to see his girlfriend so he was about 3 lvls behind me and her. i wanted to catch him up so i offered to get on my lvl 54 rogue kataklysm.
when she shifted out of bear i thought i caught a glimpse of an unstopple force but i am not sure, other then that gear wise i have no idea what she had.
as we were talking i was trying to give dan the rogue something i picked up. then out of nowhere the lvl 55 druid in cat hit me with ravage i am assuming. hit me for 1002 then hit me a few more times. my life bar was more then half down. the other rogue i was with was only a lvl 31 so i am assuming that he wasnt helping much.
the fight lasted just under a min. i used vanish once then relised that she ferie fired me. she kept bashing me when she could and using feral charge to keep me stunned also she used the ability that allowed her to convert rage into HP(i get this at lvl 36 on my druid so i dont know what its called). So.. i am assuming that she had some idea what she was doing. She would stay in cat before i could even get a hit on her then go to bear right away. one thing she did was during the fight she kept looking lost.. losing track of me.. but that could be becasue of not having sticky targeting on a slow computer or bad lag.
this happen 4 times in a row each time i came out over top of the druid. during one fight she had me down a bit past half health and i used blinding powder and it landed so i could heal using first aid.
I will admit i am pretty decked out.. I have this in my main hand http://www.thottbot.com/?i=8407 and i have this in my off hand http://www.thottbot.com/?i=5241 both of them have 15 enchants on them. I have pretty decent gear.. i would post a profile where you could see my gear but i dont know how to do it.
During the fight i tired to keep her bear stunned. I tired to keep using sin stike and then bulding up my combo points and then use either kidney shot and evis acording to her HP.. i even waited a few times until she was out of bear form and in druid form trying to heal before i used evis. I guess that was one of her mistakes using a heal that has a cast time and not someting like rejuv with an instant cast time.
I know next to nothing about feral druids.. I am happy i won the fight but my thinking was a fearal druid would pretty much own a rouge a lvl lower then him. did she just suck or are feral druids that bad? heh also if she was shitty what can you do in ferel to not get taken out so easy? like i said before i am far from the best rogue so i am assuming she wasnt doign a lot of things right.. or a rouge with decent gear can tear a druid in dire bear apart.. i have no clue..
