Think Thunderlord is supposed to open as well, not positive if it's today though.

Don't get too excited, your server will crash at least 15 times in the 3 hours leading up to and right after the gate opening.

I mean the world. Instance server is fine (I assume you are in AQ20, and not in the world, since you got Rajaxx loot).

When they opened it it was a lagging hell, had like 5 fps and 3000 ping.
But it never crashed.
Blizzard has probably learned from the first openings :)

I wasn't online for the actual opening (work and all), but when I got back later I heard that when Duskmourn rang the gong the server did crash.

But only the one time.

thunderhorn opened on thursday at 6... server crashed a total of 5 times, which was very suprising

after my guild raped up to fankriss in 3 hours i made a rep farming raid, we were up for 4-5 hours (until the event stopped) and got 13 boe epics

we had a teebu's blazing longsword (server first drop), 3 hands of edward the odd, and a few other randoms

the teebu's got bought out for 5k gold by our server's resident ah camper and is now for a b/o of 99k gold

You on BB too? Cos I was on before it opened and a couple of hours after it was opened and I never got disconnected. Got some hefty lagspikes but nothing more.

It opened last week on here on Durotan, it was awesome :P

Now that you mention it

Dalaran's opening lead to a crash and a restart, and a bizarre 15 minute period with no NPCs in the game world, so I've heard.

And another thing a PU Raid for AQ 20 with 95% of the group not epic geared isn't a great idea :lol:
