70%? What?

Usually your hand has to be in danger to necessitate protection.

this is raisable. if you don't grossly overbet you might get them to tag along to a showdown if you raise here and hit the flush on 4th. more importantly if you raise here and miss on 4th you've got position and it could buy yourself a free card. in that case tho its going to be difficult getting any more money out of them if you hit on 5th. you could also take the pot down now, which isn't terrible. worst case scenario is you blank out, but thats why you're trying to buy a free card.

i'd raise.

I'd probably make it 6, and call a push.

My problem with a raise of 6 is it is likely to make 1 guy fold and 1 guy call, whereas a raise of 4.50 is likely to get both of them to call (and increase your pot equity) and buys your free card for cheaper.

Turn is a clear call, dunno what you're doing there. You have a crapload of outs and they're charging you $1 in a pretty big pot where they might, as is often the case, be calling stations and call a strong raise and still pay off if you hit anyway.
