Problem with Vehicle control in Tribes 2.

For some reason, my mouse movement in all vehicles is messed up. Like it starts out really really slow and when I stop moving the mouse it keeps going. I've had this problem before and reinstalling T2 fixed this, but it didn't this time.

I don't know if any of this info would affect it and cause it, but anyways:
Razer Diamondback with drivers @ 400dpi, CPL Mousefix installed

Please don't tell me how bad T2 is, I just want to play it with vehicles moving correctly.

Nope, it's a feature in Battlefield games, but it was never like this for me in T2 (besides that one time I just reinstalled and it was clean, but it didn't fix it here).

The vehicles have always felt like that in T2 for me as well... like the controls are really sluggish. How are they supposed to feel?

I'm a loser and never really played much T2, so I can't really pilot them at all. :(

have you always been using the mouse you have now? I know with every logitech mouse i've had, i've had to use pilotmod to make any vehicle even remotely pilotable.

Nope. This is my first time playing Tribes 2 with my Razer Diamondback and actually using vehicles. I used to always use my MX310, and that was perfect for vehicle control. I've had this problem before even with the old mouse, and a reinstall fixed it. But a reinstall didn't do it this time.

I know the vehicles were never perfectly able to be controlled, but it was never this bad for me where a reinstall won't do it.

Try messing with DINPUT in the settings. Either turning it on/off.

Is it a particular vehicle? (Shrike, MPB, GravCycle)
