Comp has slowed down dramatically

Everything worked fine last night, then when i booted up this morning it's just lagged to shit, everything takes forever. Ran spyware (spybot & Adaware) nothing, ran AVG virus & Systematic, nothing. Checked my processes, nothing is eating cpu usage except winlogon.exe, around 60-90, but i cant shut it off. Any help or ideas?

oh and winxp pro, amd 3200+, 2 gig ram, msi mobo

try booting in 'Safe Mode /w Networking' and doing the scans again.

Or maybe it's like me as my 4 month old Lightscribe burner took a shit. My trustworthy 64 bit AMD, 2 gigs of ram, and a WD Raptor HD that took seconds to boot got drug down to a crawl at 2 mins to get to the desktop when it crapped out.
