EPoX 8NPA SLi bad readout temp?

Has anyone seen any articles on this board?
I tried googling to see if I can find anything on the temp readout from the bios/EPTP program the board has being wrong but I couldn't find anything.
I'm getting an idle temp of 46C which I find nearly impossible since the same cpu/heatsink was running on a diff board and it was at ~38C all the time.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

The case makes a BIG difference. If you went from a really well ventilated case to a shitty one, that would sound about right. If you removed the heat sink from the CPU, you probably fucked up the thermal grease or pad and need to reapply. Either way, the temperatures you get for the CPU in the BIOS are usually not very accurate and I wouldn't worry that much about it.
