I think putting him on AQ was a safe bet. Most guys play TPTK like they flopped a set anyway. :)

Don't like the 3 bet at all. Call the raise, re-evaluate the turn.

If you're worried about being behind and thinking a 3-bet might freeze him up, any hand you're losing to isn't going to get frozen up by any action whatsoever. If your 3-bet is for value... well you have 2 more streets to get value out of your hand if you're good and then you'll better know if you're behind or not and the pot is much more manageable. If your 3-bet is to protect, well a min 3-bet doesn't do that very well does it

Folding to his min 4-bet is really bad. You are almost assuredly behind, but your pot+implied odds are spectacular. I call here and fold to any further action (unless it's some dinky bet where you're getting a good price to hit one of your two outs)
