Alpine 12-25-2005, 08:46 PM Do you have other RAM that in that is slower than DDR400? kloa 12-25-2005, 09:07 PM nah i bought a pair of 512 sticks @ ddr400 and cpu-z says its running at 200mhz :[ -K-Crypt 12-25-2005, 09:42 PM mobo specs plz. Shinigami 12-25-2005, 10:45 PM Your clock speed is correct. kloa 12-26-2005, 12:09 AM DFI nF4 SLI Infinity http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E1681 3136164 Brad998 12-26-2005, 12:55 AM its ddr memory. ddr(double data rate) which meens if it runs at 200mhz then its 400 mhz effective. so if your running at 215 mhz in bios your 430 mhz effective. Make seince? Shinigami 12-26-2005, 12:57 AM Your clock speed is correct. This is how DDR works. It transfers data twice per CPU cycle so the actual bus speed is half of the RAM speed. kloa 12-26-2005, 09:09 AM ah np then. not useto this ddr stuff Procell 02-02-2006, 11:32 AM . DermicSavage 02-02-2006, 11:34 AM its ddr memory. ddr(double data rate) which meens if it runs at 200mhz then its 400 mhz effective. so if your running at 215 mhz in bios your 430 mhz effective. Make seince? This man speaks the truth. Your ram is running at the proper speed. 200MHz == DDR400 == PC3200 | ||
