Need advice on questing

I'm pretty much alone right now(guild kicked me out after being inactive for too long) and I'm almost to 50. Can't really instance or anything, too hard to find any good groups at the time I play, which is usually late night to mid morning. I completed most of the ones I could in Searing Gorge and I'm wondering where the best place would be that has good solo quests. I don't mind killing tons of monsters/finding shit/etc.. so it doesn't matter as long as I can do it by myself.

I'm kind of more happy to play the game alone. I hated all the fucking hassles and bullshit you had to go through with people on vent, etc.. This way I get to be alone a little more and I don't take the game as much for granted when I'm not out trying to find all the best items and shit. Oh yeah and a blue polearm (bonechewer) just dropped off of a regular 48 golum. I love luck :lol:

There are some quests near the entrance to the Blasted Lands that might be good for you. Finish off Feralas and Tanaris. If you're Alliance, you could could do the Sorrow Hill quest in Western Plaguelands. If you're horde, finish off Hinterlands (save for the elite quests, you'll need a group for those). Once you ding you can start your class quest. Aszhara (not many quests) and Felwood are options as well, and you could start Ungoro crater.

i was stuck at 49 for like 4 months (dont play that much really)...this was before the new town/flightpath in the hitnerlands for the horde. well i started playing again and went to raventusk (or whatever its called) in the hinterlands...a bunch of new quests there...really helped me level. i think i went from 49 to 57 in about 2 weeks. blasted lands helped as well, as did burning steppes. in the low 50's went to felwood and did quite a bit of stuff there (although be prepared to get ganked)

Btw, 49 is the perfect level for ZF in Tanaris - good series of quests in there -If alliance, make sure you have started the gryphon quest in Hinterlands.

You could easily grind the mobs in Tanaris - the pirates or the slithus are around your level -pirates are my favourites - they drop mageweave.

Un'goro is awesome for questing, especially if you are a skinner. So many quests packed in together.

Tanaris, then un'goro then off to winterspring to finish it all off.

finished up Feralas earlier to get me to 50.

I guess I'll try all those places and look around more.

You can do ZF, Mauradon, and even ST at that level. Make sure you do Tanaris, the main ST quest for Hakkar actually starts with the troll by the shore. He sends you to kill serpents in Feralas, and then he sends you into ZF to get some tablets. After that you need to get an Ancient Egg out of the Hinterlands (elite) and then he finishes up in ST.

ZulFarrak is easily doable at your level, seen lots of peeps LFGing for that, Mauradon, and ST. If you go Mauradon make sure you do quest research, there's seven and finding those last two Khans is sometimes a pain. There's another quest there and gives you a scepter that can teleport your crew straight to the Inner area, saving you a lot of time.

Also if you go to Princess make sure you bring a Hunter AND a mage. Princess is a melee classes' bane and bring Nature Prot potions.

50+ is pretty smooth as far as quests go

finish up tanaris, hinterlands, and feralas and start ungoro, wpl, epl, silithus if you want, winterspring.. instance quests involving brd, ubrs, lbrs, strath, scholo

cool, yeah I've already done Mara a few times. Got the scepter to get into the inner falls and everything. Picked up soothsayer's headdress, heart of noxxion, gemshard heart, basilisk hide pants. I think we've beaten all the bosses there.
