where to reroll?

So... I've played a paladin since january 19th of 2005 and I am getting pretty damn bored of not only the paladin class, but of my server. I took a few breaks from the game, totalling up to about 4-5 months of total break time. I just got unlazy and got myself in an endgame guild that is 2 weeks old and downing ragnaros next week. As of now we only raid 3 times a week, Sun/Wed MC, Fri ZG.

Personally I have BWL experience (up to chromaggus) from raiding with the best guild on the server (Imminent on Thunderhorn... downed first 3 bosses in 40man AQ on the PTR - I know their raid leader, mage officer, and warrior officers IRL, and good friends with the rest).

So what I'm really wanting to know, is what server to reroll on. I want to know what class is needed endgame (I don't care which faction) and how many GOOD (as in, almost to Nef) endgame guilds there are on both sides. I can play any and every class good. I am the 2nd raid leader for my guild, so I know what role I am expected to play in each class.

The reason I am asking here is I wanna play with people I may have known from Tribes, since it was the game I was brought up on.

I've been debating rerolling on another server as well.

I'm on Kil'Jaeden (PST) and I'm CST. So getting into an end game guild is tough when I can only raid on weekends. :(

Stormreaver has at least 4 alliance guilds downing nef on a regular basis. I was in Dread along with afex but I quit a few months ago. You would have to send afex a pm asking what they need but it's getting pretty tough to get spots from what I hear since everybody is showing up and they have excess players at the moment. Not sure about the other guilds that can down nef.
