I want to know what the cooldown on Earthstrike is. 280 AP is definately sex. But if the cooldown is 3 minutes or more I don't know if it will be worth wearing over Blackhand's. I'm not the kind of rogue that goes in for one kill then immedietly runs away. I kill stabbing squishy cloth wearers until I go down; death doesn't faze me.

But by the time anyone ever sees this trinket on live servers I'll probably have drake fang talisman. I guess I could consider taking off Twisting Nether card every once and awhile.

Too bad it'll all most likely blow compared to lvl 70 blue shit come next year. Still think raising the level cap was the most idiotic thing blizzard could have done, even though I haven't played in ages.

Yes, but who is going to want to go through MC, Onyxia, BWL, Qiraj, or any of the smaller level 60 instances when you can just grind to 70 and get blue items that are just as good for half the effort. My point is is that by raising the level cap, they make obsolete almost all the content they've stuck in since release in the last year.

Not being a prick, just stating facts. I have no issues with feral druids, but when we receive loot in PVE we give it to players first and foremost for PVE. As soon as items drop that aren't needed/wanted for PVE progression or that rogues wouldn't want for stats, they go straight to feral druids.

Druids are first and foremost healers and secondary tanks in hairy situations for us in raids. Rarely do we ever see a druid in cat form playing a wannabe rogue, but if the loot will rot then they can certainly get it rather than it being DE'd. We do have a couple feral druids, it's not like they won't get the items eventually - just not until classes that will benefit more get their turn.

I'd grab it, only if no other Rogue wanted it.. but I'm restoration. I'm not all that impressed with doing lots of damage. In both PvE and PvP good healing > good DPS.

I'm sure they thought through the initial honor system, battlegrounds that encourage PLing versus competition, server loads, end-game content... oh wait, they didn't.

Blizzard fucked up each and every one of those points and more, which took several months to rectify (and some are still fucked up).

Devs have said at BlizzCon that a level 70 blue will be roughly equivalent to level 60 epic gear. Since I doubt they'll be changing the game mechanics, do you think most people will take the entire few weeks and grind to 70, from which they can easily get lvl 70 blue items from just soloing or small group play, or spend hundreds of hours crawling through Ahn'Qiraj, BWL, or MC, hoping that the item or tokens they need will drop?

I love Blizzard as a company and every game they've put out and still follow WoW on a weekly basis to try and convince myself to come back, but they have shown an incredible lack of foresight in this first year w/ WoW. Unless they rework EVERY level 60 raid instance to a level 70 difficulty (which also means reworking all prereq quests), all this content that they've worked on the last year to put out will go as unused as AVs and WSGs on most servers.
