Now don't get me wrong, you all are very hard workers, some of you have made mid 20's quite rapidly, however, the lack of power leveling of sg mates, my self in particular, is an extreme disapointment. I am afraid come end of the first month we are going to have to let you all go. I am sorry if this is a disapointment for you, and I would be more than happy to write up a recomendation for all of you. This was a hard decision and please understand that if my time were not so precious to me I would be more than happy to keep you all on, but I am a busy man I have no time for all these lowbie missions. All of your jobs will be turned over to chinese power levelers who have no need for food, sleep, or continual contact with loved ones and we hope to have a formidable sg with a fully operational and nigh impentrable base with in 2 months time (you will all still recieve invitations to the grand unveiling of the new structure of course).

Tribal war is like a building, we start with a foundation (the initial post) and add onto it one floor at a time till we have a glorious comedy structure...or a monstrous money pit of unfunny.

Ok, I've been playing the game, and I think I have some good methods for powerleveling:
First, Bloody Bay has a patrol mission. I've never done it, but we'd all be 25. If we keep doing that maybe we'll get a lot of xp.
Next, Newspaper runs. Here we just pick out a mission from the paper that involves "steal X from group." I invis you, we run to the glowie, steal the files, take out the enemies in that room, and win the mission. We can proabably crank it out in 5-7 mins.
You only get xp for the first time you do a patrol

That's changed now.
If you're more than 2 levels below the average of the group, you gain nothing.
Yeah, it sucks.

Well, that's actually what I meant.
If you're a level 10, and you're bridged to level 15, and everyone else is 20, you won't gain anything anymore.
