Sir Lucius 11-09-2005, 12:02 PM I think last night we hit the point of being able to aford a base. That's great. Now what can we use a base for? I think our number one focus should be transit. We can use the base as a teleporter to differnet zones, so that should be our primary focus.
As it is now, we're not trying to stave off any invaders, so a simple and clean hub will be the best design.
We will also need a couch, pool tables, and a bar. If we buy our base tonight, I will work with fitty on these issues after I powerlevel him.

Don't need to worry about raids, we're not big enough to get raided.
I figure just a nice entrance, a crafting table for salvage, a teleporter and a med room would be all we'll need for quite a few months.

Benefits of the hospital are mostly for raid situations. But we can also have an inspiration vendor.

Yea too bad a Supercomputer alone costs 1.5 million prestige. But you can't turn it on either without a 1.6 million prestige power source.

We have a base now. Lucius, myself and Fitty have editing permissions. We didn't have enough for a computer so the functionality of the base right now is non existant. But we'll spend some time pimpin it out. Earn us prestige.
Sir Lucius 11-10-2005, 01:21 AM I sold the gens and just filled out the rooms, so we will have what we really need right away (when we can afford it).
The meeting room acts as a central hub, but we can always get rid of it later. It just acts as a big, cheap room. And feel free to change the theme, but keep the greenhouse, I need that :). Next I got a workbench, but since we have no power, it doesn't work. Oh well.
