2 channel amp, bridged = 400w RMS. I've had the amp for probably 3 years, came straight out of the box at home and right onto the back seat of my car. No damage/scratches - it's in excellent condition.
I'll get some pics up soon. I paid > $200 for it 3 years ago, asking $160 shipped (assuming you're not in bongo bongo)
