Everytime i startup my computer i see the same error in the event viewer.

Ive tried google and havent found any solutions
i have an amd 64 3500+, asus a8v-e deluxe mobo, asus eax800 graphics card, 2x512 corsair xms ram, 120 and 160 gb seagate barracudas. Anyone have any advice? (BESIDES SANDPAPER DAMNIT)
