[FS]p4 2.4GHz cpu with factory heatsink

I upgraded to a 3.2 HT recently so i have the spare 2.4GHz laying around.

its a 2.4GHZ presscot with i believe a 400mhz fsb and 512k of L2

I do not have the box for it any more so i will be shipping it in the box that my 3.2 came in. I upgraded the Heatsink for my 3.2 so you have your choice in which one i send you. It has never been over clocked but the computer it was in was on for about 2 years straight. When i took it out last week it was running perfectly.
