Now I don't actually watch much TV, and I don't actually have cable, which could be part of the reason I guess. So when I visit someone who does the first thing I do is jump to the Doco channels to soak up my fill. It is for this reason that the following news item sparked my interest. A <a href="http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=26430"Doco made about a game i will play; but also about the actual military unit the game is based upon. That makes my TV and PC game senses go all tingly at the same time. I will be catching this for sure.

Those of us who just love to waste our lives watching the same program repeated again and again and again will be pleased to note that Activision has teamed up with the Military Channel Stateside to produce a "Making Of" documentary for Call of Duty 2: Big Red One.
The documentary will tie in the making of the videogame with the history of the real-life American military unit which was, we’re told by Activision, the most decorated in the US Army at the time.
The Military Channel will also produce a series of historical vignettes which will feature in both Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 2: Big Red One – and yes, they are separate games.
