mp3 to wav and jpg to bmp?

I'm looking for command line programs to decompress mp3 to wav and jpg to bmp. Does anyone know of any?

mp3 to wav AND wav to mp3:
lame: http://jthz.com/~lame/
use the --decode switch

have you tried google?
command line mp3 to wav
command line jpg to bmp

I'm sure you will get many useful results.

Of course I've tried google. Most jpg convertors have limits on what they will convert, or add a mark to the converted picture. Unless you buy them.
