Btw, if Yoda thinks the Professor is lacking and is not deserving of teaching that class then thats his business and he has the right to speak up about it. If I hired a shitty Professor and he was turning the class he was hired to teach into his private soapbox as the department chair I would want to know about it.

Yoda should say his piece to the department head or a counselor if he feels that strong about it and either drop the class or move to the back, shut his mouth and get thru the semester without ticking the guy off.

Everyone has had their share of shitty teachers and professors so don't act like you never had one or talked trash about them. Its funny watching everyone act all high and mighty when someone they don't like talks shit.
