This staff would give an extra 10 int (I use trindlehaven now) So lets say I have 10,500 mana. 210 mana every 5 seconds is hot. Frostbolt is a 2.5 second cast. Frostbolt costs 221 mana with talents. I get 10% chance for next spell to not cost any mana. I didn't really do any math but thats like twice as many frostbolts if I am spamming out my whole mana pool as I would get normally. 210 mana every 5 = a LOT.
