C4?

I've seen some people be more or less 1-man wrecking crews. They throw the C4 and immediately detonate it.

Every time I throw C4, it gives me a few seconds (even if i frantically right-click) before it switches to the detonator, and even then i have to give it a second for the animation to settle down before detonating, otherwise it throws out another C4 when i left click.

Just wondering if there were scripts or keybinds that automate the throwing/switching process for c4.

Throw c4, wait 1 second, switch, hit detonate 10000 times. It will throw another, but it wont actually be a c4, its just a bug and wont blow up or count to your 5 c4 limit. The exception is if you try to do this with 2 c4 left, in that case the last one will blow up at your feet

never had any problems, besides being too close to the blast.

im trying to figure out how people can throw c4 so far/high. ive seen people hit choppers hovering just over the flag with the shit :shrug:

Whenever it bugged for me and threw a second c4, it wasn't a visual bug, I'd have to run off and detonate or die.

Yeah, same thing with everything else from ammo kits to health packs, grenades, if you sprint forward and then jump + throw at the right time you can get stuff higher or farther.

I picked up a fallen spec ops kit after I had watched someone on my team plant some c4 to a vehicle, he didn't live long enough to detonate it but I know that others can still push the button, when I switched to the c4 I couldn't bring the switch up, it looked like I had a c4 pack in my hand, I hit my fire button anyway and I blew up the APC instant 3 kills, so there's a glitch with that too.

There is a switch back glitch.

Sometimes if you switch to the clicker, after throwing a pack it will switch you back to pack, and you'll toss another one. If you haven't ever gotten this bug, then you don't play Spec Ops often. It doesn't happen all the time to me but sometimes it can be annoying.

The only thing that bothers me, is how people keep claiming you can stick them to people but no one has ever prooven to me that it is possible. I've never seen it, and I've tried quite a bit... Remember C4 DOES NOT STICK TO PEOPLE.

I can't stand all the glitches with the c4 packs, some people are freaking masters at that shit, with me I'm usually a) out of stamina b) can't do the trigger switch fast enough or it won't change at all because you can't do it while running.

Its not an extra C4 pack. Its a video glitch. Sprint, jump, throw, switch, wait 1 sec and detonate it works fine.

I've only managed to c4 a flag pole once, can't figure out what the trick is.

the switch back glitch always seems to happen at the wrong time, too. Murphy's Law.

No seriously I do it to the wheels because sometimes with three lined on the bumper, your teammates will sometimes shoot at you, thinking all the red text means enemy.

i put it on the wheels cause it's fun to watch and gives me something to do when im driving across the damn map :P
