I stuck my finger accidently into my CPU FAN

I broke my panaflo cpu fan. :(

Had my case off to try and figure out why its overheating all the time. Is it better to put air onto the heatsink on the cpu or pull air off?

Post your fan setups to give me some ideas (make/model/blow/suck).

Try both and see for yourself, there's no rule on it. Depends a lot on the case's architecture and the airflow inside it.

most heatsinks are designed so that blowing onto the heatsink is better.

I accidently stuck my finger into a vantec airflow which cut my finger. The fan blows air towards the cpu.
