Must be a small niche when you start reaching the age of 40.

I didnt realize age mattered when finding your spot in life. Given your age/maturity I would not laugh too long. At least I can support myself.

The biggest flag for me in this story is that if I had been in New Orleans when this had happened, posting on tribalwar would be the very last thing on my mind. I'd probably get around to posting my story a few months later.

Wonderful reading comprehension you have there. Not only for my post but for Code4's. And as it stands, his house didn't flood so apparently it wasn't such a horrible decision in his case. He was able to repair the damage right away which was his intention all along.

Maybe not the greatest decision, but not the worst either.
