Im currently running an XP 2500+ Barton and am thinking of going 64 bit. My big concern is, can i use the same ram that im running now?
Im running OCZ PC3200 DDR400 Cas2 184PIN

Will a 400w power supply be sufficient? Its running everything fine in my system now (1HD, 1CDRW, 3.5 drive, 6600GT)

Whats the big difference in Dies, im seeing things like "Venice" and "San Diego", which is better?

thanks for any help :)

The ram is fine, and 400w should be ok for a similar amd64 load. If you're doing sli, you might need something more. You'll probably need to get a 20-24 pin atx connector.
venice=512k cache
san diego =1024k
That's the biggest difference. They're both 90nm, and they also support SSE3 instructions.

Yea. The San Diego oughtta perform slightly better, but no major difference.

About the power supply: it's not really the wattage you should be worried about, but the current on the 12V rail. 15A is probably enough to run that system, make sure your PSU can handle that.
