[Need 2 know] Optimal Video settings/config for BF2

Ok I have been looking at this board for a few days and haven't seen a guide yet as how your system should be set up. My system is as followed.

XP Pro
AMD XP 3300 barton
BFG 6800 GT OC
Crucial 512 x2
Game Theater XP for sound
