actually, in this case that is false, because Vir has been shown to play like a complete jackass. note my T:V example in which he would spam our own flagstand the entire game, which yes it stops cappers but at the same time TKs the shit out of the LD.
i would play ld next to him all the time when he did that. Ya sure he tked me a couple times but he stopped the multiple shielded cappers so many times where i couldnt by myself. If you dont stand directly on the flag on spiridian, you dont get tked. Mortars dont do damage to you when you are on the edge.

in a match where everyone knows what's going on, yeah that's doable. in a pub it's just obnoxious and you know it.
but the issue at hand isn't his playing style, it's his ridiculous immature temper, which flares the second someone calls him out for anything.

with all due respect, 5150 will likely get chewed up and spit out in BF2 competition. They are too many long standing, active, younger ( i.e. no real lives) BF teams that have been together through vanilla, DC, :V and all the other BF permutations.
Having said that I do enjoy playing on their servers, and appreciate them stepping up with the bandwidth and hardware.
They said that in sof2 too. We went undefeated for 2 seasons. Will we lose a couple of games in bf2? Maybe.. If i recruit right, we wont lose at all. 5150 has always had a good core. We just need a good supporting cast.
Ill master every position bf2 in about 2 months.

Its just dumb when people call him out to be a noob when hes clearly not. Hes a really good gamer and people are just reachin when they call him a shitty player. He owned in t1, t2, and T:V. Every position he played was very useful and key to our success.

To be fair, sof2 wasn't quite the same situation. You were playing for smf which was very established already. Bringing over dren and vir and changing the name of the team to 5150 doesn't quite equal 5150 starting out a new game with it's current roster.
Unless of course you're planning on pilfering the rosters of already established teams, or just absorb an entire team again. :D
Regardless, I'm very curious to see how well 5150 does.

There's always a little bit of pilfering. I think fans of gaming competition in general will be surprised with who we have on the roster.

No need to edit. Playing at the time, that's what I saw. Dren, Vir, and Joey-D were the only 5150 tribes members I remember that joined the roster. As I can't remember all of smf's roster previous to that (aside from sac and mag), I can't presume to understand what actually happened between the name change, but that's speculation and it's neither here nor there. I saw a couple 5150 members join an already great team, and then the team name changed, and that's all I could see.
Regardless, the point stands. That wasn't a 5150 team joining a game at the ground level, it was more or less a merger.
