I am just fed up with the customer service. Nearly a month and a half of fighting with them to get my character moved and they finally send me a mail saying it's done and my character is still not moved. Then I send an email asking what's up and I get linked to the character transfer page as if that has anything to do with the problem. 5 Different In Game GM's. 8 Account Admin GM's. 6 Differemt Customer Service Phone People. Each one gives me a different story and response whenever I talk to them.

As much as I miss my guildies I don't want to level another character since my alts are already cumulative of 3 60's and that's quite enough for my days played vs how long I've actually been playing.

SN is the best teedub based guild in WoW though =D

If today is indication, BG isn't going to change my mind about leaving when my current billing cycle ends:

Join server

Fly to SS

Ride to Alterac

Join Que for "first available" (only 8 people standing around entrance and wait time is listed as 20 minutes)

15 minutes later I check my que and the wait time says 10 minutes remaining
(there are now around 20 people standing there)

25 minutes in I check the que and my time has moved up to 16 more minutes

40 minutes in I check que and it has moved up again to 20 more minutes

45 minutes in, my que icon disappeared and I somehow have lost my place in line... the server now estimates a 45 minute wait & the area is now packed with players.

Quit server and play some other game that doesn't involve me paying $$ to wait in line all night.

you're an idiot...they don't move characters. it's only high population to low and through the website.

I didnt wait at all to get into a BG, and Bleeding Hollow is very, very populated.


It was however, extremely gay once I got in there.

You know...you don't have to stand there and wait. You can go do other stuff. You can leave the zone. You can go PVP in Southshore while waiting in queue in Alterac.

battlegrounds CTF is fuckin awesome with 10 guildies on vent. hasnt been more than a 2 minute wait ever for me.

One of the problems that people are having with long waits to get into a Battleground are because they're in a raid group or party with several other people that are waiting to get in as well. If you wait to join the raid group or party and get in first, the wait is very short. Both times I wanted to join the timer said about 13 minutes. I was in less then 3 minutes, meanwhile there was a guy standing outside the BG complaining about the 1.5 hours he'd been sitting there.

No I realize that... but as I've posted before, the endgame of WoW is terrible & I have been waiting for the BG content to make up my mind to cancel my subscription or not.

The topic of this thread was geared for those who've quit the game, but still wanted to give BG a chance. I'm one of those (I haven't even loaded WoW for a month) and have absolutely no desire to "do something else" while waiting for BG to free up.

I had the opposite experience. I never waited more then 10 minutes to get into an instance when i was by myself. Played in a full 10 man guild run, and we got zoned in within about 3 minutes.

is serenity now mostly tw people? i have a char on illidan i plan on getting up there that needs a guild
