What happened to Sword Spec's Proc sound ??

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the sword spec proc supposed to be identical to thrash blade's ? (char speeds up and the sound plays) Because my sword spec doesnt do anything but write it down in the combat log. Anyone else have this problem??

for my warrior my character will actually do an animation when it procs, it's like a quick slap with my right hand, and no sound.
